This module focuses on the stages of the home loan process from submission through to settlement. It provides a comprehensive overview of each step, including submission, pre-assessment, full assessment, issuance of loan documents, receipt of signed documents, document certification, booking of settlement, and final settlement.
The module also covers how to identify and retrieve MIRS (Missing Information Requests), as well as the appropriate points of contact for the Virtual Assistant Associate (VAA) when follow-ups or clarifications are required. At the end of this module, VAs will have a clear understanding of the end-to-end post-submission process and will be able to effectively support brokers by monitoring application progress, managing document requirements, and coordinating with the appropriate parties involved.
