This topic introduces trainees to the Xero platform interface and the essential tools they will use on a daily basis as Virtual Assistants providing bookkeeping support. The goal is to build confidence in navigating the system, understanding how data flows through Xero (via bank feeds, contacts, invoices, and bills), and preparing them for more complex reconciliation and reporting tasks.
